BENEFICIARY

Denver Oyster benefits the wonderful organization, Make-A-Wish Foundation. The Colorado Chapter is excited to be the benficiary of this year's race.  The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Colorado, Inc. grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Since being founded in 1983, the chapter has granted more than 3,400 wishes to eligible Colorado children.

Make-A-Wish Foundation finances its endeavors through corporate sponsors, foundations, service clubs, fundraisers and individual contributions. Make-A-Wish is not funded by United Way, nor does it receive any government funding. We continue to make the magic of wishes happen thanks to community-minded corporations, groups and individuals.

The Colorado chapter is part of the largest wish-granting organization in the world, with 65 chapters in the United States and its territories, along with 27 international affiliates on five continents. Make-A-Wish estimates a positive impact on more than 300,000 individuals each year. Learn more and get involved here.
